Inspired by Basecamp and the book Maverick, I adopted a philosophy of keeping businesses forever, looking after the team through profit share, and creating a culture of trust and responsibility. Publift became a place where young people thrived, took ownership, and grew into leaders. Although I sold the business for various reasons, it’s a decision I partly regret. Now, with capital but seeking deeper purpose, I’m returning to what I love: helping people and businesses reach their potential — and holding them for the long term.
